Founded in 2023 by Chef Made Suartana, who brings over 15 years of experience from renowned establishments across Bali and internationally, Warung Laisan focuses on sustainable seafood sourced directly from local fishermen each morning.

Our name "Laisan" comes from the Balinese term for the blessing received before a meal - representing our philosophy that dining is not just about nourishment, but a sacred experience to be shared and cherished.
